Volunteer at the festival
It takes 100+ volunteers to run this day, and most of them aren't Rotarians. Shifts start at two hours; families welcome.

- Setup and teardown, gates and wristbands, car corral marshals, cook-off runners, kids zone, cleanup crew
- Shifts
- Two-hour blocks across Saturday, June 5, 2027, from 7:00 AM load-in to evening teardown
- Training
- Role captains brief every volunteer at the start of the shift; no experience needed
- Perks
- Festival shirt, feeding, and the smug satisfaction of having made the whole thing go
The crew that makes the festival go
Every hour you give at Cars & Carnivores turns directly into good: festival proceeds fund the Rotary Club's scholarships, Launch business programs, and medical debt relief for Wake Forest families. Shifts are short enough to still enjoy the car show and the steak cook-off on either side of yours.
