- Create a vendor account, submit your business details with a booth photo, and the festival team reviews within 3 to 5 business days; once approved, pay securely via Stripe and your spot is confirmed instantly

- Booth space is limited and applications are reviewed first come, first served
A full day of downtown Wake Forest foot traffic
Cars & Carnivores puts vendors in the middle of the action: booths line the same downtown Wake Forest streets as the car show and the SCA steak cook-off, and admission is free, so the crowd browses from the festival open at 8:00 AM through the 5:00 PM awards. Food and beverage, arts and crafts, clothing and accessories, health and beauty: if your business belongs at a street festival, there is a booth for it.
