Your space
A 2x6 ft table in a 6x6 ft area, $100. Paid only once you are approved.
Door prize
Every vendor gives one door prize for the players' drawing. Tell us what it is below, then bring it when you arrive for setup and drop it at the event registration table.
After you apply
Approved vendors get an email with a link to pay by card; the table is confirmed once it is paid.
Refund policy
Tickets, sponsor tables and vendor tables can be refunded in full until Saturday, February 13, 2027. Email the club to ask. After that date there are no refunds, but you can give your place to someone else: email us their name and we will update the list. If the club cancels or postpones the event, everyone gets a full refund. Card payments go back to the card in 5 to 10 business days; cash and check payments are refunded by check.

Your table

Nothing is charged now. You pay only if your application is approved.

Your products

Describe your business and what you will sell or show at your table, in at least 20 characters.

Product photos (required)

The committee reviews every application from its photos, so we cannot consider one without them.

JPEG, PNG, WebP or GIF, up to 5 MB each. Clear, well-lit photos help your application.

Your door prize

Every vendor provides one door prize. It goes into the players' drawing, with your business named as the giver. Drop it at the event registration table when you arrive for setup.

A short name, as it will be announced. For example a gift basket, a gift card or one of your products.

What is included, its size or amount, and anything the winner should know.

No account needed. The committee reviews applications within 3 to 5 business days and emails you the decision. Table fees benefit the Wake Forest Rotary Foundation and breast cancer screening in our community.
